The all-new CI Fish is the Next Gen “fish” shape—thinned-out and tuned-up for added performance, making it a versatile craft that can energize your average grovel sesh one day then have you screaming down-the-line on clean, head high points the next.
This third iteration of the fish family takes us back to a twin keel set-up but adds some subtle performance board characteristics into a classic plan shape, resulting in an update that fish aficionados and performance board die-hards alike can appreciate.
CI pro team riders such as Dane Gudauskas, Sage Erickson, Conner Coffin, Mike February, and Alex Gray all say that the CI Fish is faster than greased lightning and zips through any flat sections with ease.

Product Construction
Polyurethane/Polyester Resin
Polyurethane is the traditional way of hand making surfboards. This technique was introduced in the '50s and came after wooden surfboards. It starts with a polyurethane foam blank which is then glassed over with a fiberglass cloth. Polyester Resin is then applied by working on several layers before the board is finally sanded down to its final state. The result is a nice clean, smooth, hand shaped surfboard. What's also nice about this construction is that the PU foam is a closed cell so that it won't easily soak in water if you happen to encounter a ding. Plus, the technique has been perfected over the years and surfers know it so it feels familiar under their feet.
