Buell Wetsuit Warranty
If a Buell wetsuit is found to be defective under normal use and proper
care, Buell Surf will repair or replace the product at their sole
discretion. The decision to replace or repair a wetsuit is made by the Buell
Surf warranty department after receipt of the defective product. A defective
product should be returned clean and dry, postage prepaid, with a completed
Warranty Repair Tag. The repair tag should include product description,
description of defects, requested action, return address, cell phone number
with area code, customer's name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to
Buell Headquarters. Suits without a copy of the purchase receipt will NOT BE
COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

Warranty request without original proof of purchase
Before shipping your wetsuit please make sure that it is washed thoroughly,
dirt/sand-free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, wetsuits that are sandy,
dirty or wet can't be repaired since they damage the machines.

I think it's worth a try
I really like the fact that there's so many different size options so I can really fit your body type That is the biggest fear I have choosing a new wet suit brand is.... is it going to fit. I got a large I'm 511 3/4 190 lb at first is extremely tight on me and it was kind of uncomfortable but after a second and third session in it I'm really digging this thing it doesn't let water in also keep in mind it's brand new but currently it is not let water in and the fabric is really light and I feel like has high mobility it's a good price point it's easy to get on and off I have no complaints I still think the price is expensive but I'm pretty sure these are made by hand I mean the machine and a hand right so the stitching looks really good the glue looks really good I think all wetsuits are really nice in the beginning so I'll see how it ages I probably won't update my review but I think if you're in the market and you're keeping your eye on this one I would definitely give it a try you know what suits do not last forever so you're going to have to get another one so if you don't like it at least you now know it's not for you That's just my two cents hopefully it'll help you decide how to spend yours

Excellent suit
I have worn the Buell 5/4/3 hooded full suit 3 times the past month while surfing off Newport (OR). The suit is quite comfortable (except for the very tight chin as mentioned in another review), warm, and flexible. The size categories are as advertised. The medium short fits me perfectly at 5'6" and 153 lbs. In contrast I fit al large-short in Excel suits. The key pocket is so simple and so handy. No more hiding a key or pulling off a full suit after 2 hours in 50 degree water. A great suit and an economical price. I will purchase a new suit more often than every 3 years now.

Tight on the Face.
The suit seems well made and was comfortable, except for the closure around the face. Even when fully loosened, the opening around the face was insanely tight. I've never had an issue with any other hooded suit.
