All VEIA bags, traction and leashes are guaranteed against defects in
workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. This covers
zippers, velcro, seams and general construction of the goods. All warranties
will be reviewed by the VEIA staff and if deemed under warranty a
replacement or repair will be provided. Shipping to VEIA is the
responsibility of the purchaser and items will be returned/replaced via the
same shipping service.

For orders placed after Nov 1st, 2024, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2025.
