Warranty
This product is backed by a warranty from the manufacturer. Click below for details on the warranty policy for Patagonia products.
Patagonia Ironclad Guarantee
We stand behind everything we make, including our wetsuits. But wetsuits
require care if they are going to perform and wear the way they were
intended. Patagonia is not responsible for wetsuits that are abused or show
normal wear and tear over time. Scratches and fading are inevitable, as are
tears from the occasional close call with a fin.
Wetsuit Care Guideline:
Rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every use.
After rinsing, fold in half at waist and hang dry.
Do not store it wet, or in direct sunlight.
Suit up carefully. We've selected high-stretch materials for their
comfort and function. Avoid overstretching fabric and seams. Do not step
on one leg to pull the other leg out.
If possible, change in a plastic tub or on a mat
Our wetsuit warranty does not cover upgrading your older Patagonia wetsuit
to a current model. We are continuously improving our designs and materials,
but that doesn't make your existing wetsuit unsatisfactory. It just means
that the next one you buy will be even better than the last.

Love the fit and quality of the new Patagonia wetsuit. Very flexible and the best part is the Yulex. I have an allergy to Latex and this material works so better for me than neoprene. The delivery and price was spot on.
Thanks

Almost great
Each time that Patagonia does a redesign of their wetsuits, I give one another try. Here are my pros and cons when comparing this suit to a similarly-priced Yamamoto neoprene version from a competitor.
Pros:
- The stretchiness of this new version of Yulex rubber is fantastic. The stretch along with the cut of the shoulders makes for really easy paddling.
- The fit is the most well-tailored of any wetsuit I've tried
- The new zippers are really smooth.
- Yulex doesn't require toxic manufacturing. Look up The Big Sea documentary.
Cons:
- The seams are too leaky for a brand new wetsuit. It's been my main issue with Patagonia suits and I'm bummed that they still haven't nailed this. The side torso and lower back seams are the most noticeable for me.
- The drying time is about 1.5 times longer than Yamamoto
I've been buying Patagonia wetsuits ever since the heavy wool-lined days of 2010. I'm a big supporter of the direction of the wetsuit program and the company's general mission. I'm able to put up with some quirks and limitations to use a greener wetsuit but I am excited for the days soon to come when Patagonia's suits will be the best by any measurement,
