U-Zip System
The U-Zip system offers a more ergonomic and flexible design than traditional zips, ensuring a comfortable fit, reliable water tightness and easy access. Unlike traditional zips, the U-Zip is smaller and can lie flat, allowing the zip path to follow the body's natural lines. Positioned across the shoulder, chest and shoulder blade, the U-Zip reduces pressure points during paddling and repetitive movements, improving comfort and freedom of movement. The puller is easily accessible for smooth opening and closing, while a stretch neoprene panel along the zip, around the shoulder blades, increases back flexibility. The U-Zip strikes the perfect balance between easy entry and shoulder-to-shoulder water tightness, preventing water from entering where it matters most.

S-Foam
S-Foam is made from limestone. It delivers the essentials with an excellent balance of flexibility, warmth, and durability.

XTEND Fleece
The XTEND fleece offers goof thermal insulation in all areas where it is strategically placed, and benefits from one of the best drying times on the market. It is lighter than a classic fleece, which provides a perfect balance of flexibility and lightness, keeping you warm without weighing you down.

XTEND Jersey
Being in direct contact with the skin, the inside jersey is a key part of the wetsuit. This jersey not only provides maximum stretch and lightness, but also a smooth, silky feeling on the skin.

Seam Tape
The seams are taped on the inside to improve waterproofing. These strips completely cover each designated seam, creating a watertight barrier while also reinforcing these high-stress areas and therefore providing greater durability to their wetsuits.

They use computer design to model perfectly fitted wetsuits in 3D, then they employ an innovative software to convert them into precise 2D patterns for the factory.
