Flexi-Hex XL Sleeve Packing Guard

Flexi-Hex® XL is the largest specification of their boardsport sleeve, its unique cell width and card thickness make it suitable for the safe shipping of more heavy-weight surfboards. Despite it being the hardiest of the Flexi-Hex® sleeves, the XL retains its adaptability; when fitted over the nose of a board, the sleeve expands and takes on the shape of the product placed within.

The sleeves are open-ended allowing multiple sleeves to be joined at the seam using paper tape, additionally they can easily be cut to length. This ease of use reduces packaging time and minimizes unnecessary waste. The XL is still incredibly compact, making the storage and shipping of the sleeve much more economical than plastic alternatives.

Easy to Assemble
Flexi-Hex® surfboard packaging is designed to be user-friendly, quick, and practical. So much so, they found their sleeves can reduce time spent packaging a board from an average of 15-20 minutes to under 6 minutes. Using minimal material, it’s efficient and reduces waste.

Protective Packaging

When slotted over a board, the Flexi-Hex® cardboard sleeve expands open and takes on the form of the product within. 2. Tape the end at the tip of the nose
3. Cut additional sleeve(s)
4. Slot over the tail end of the board
5. Tape sleeves securely together
