If you receive any FARO product and upon first inspection the product does not meet your standards or their advertised standards, FARO will replace it free of charge, no questions asked.

FARO products are built to last, but even the toughest gear can experience wear-and-tear. If your FARO gear needs to be repaired due to normal use, they will do so for a modest price. If they cannot repair your gear, FARO will provide you with a credit towards new equipment.

Holiday Returns
For any orders placed after Nov 1st, 2025, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2026.
Returns are easy! We understand that in some situations returns may be necessary. We also want you to be stoked on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
