Warranty Repairs Voided
As of February 14, 2025, Billabong no longer offers warranty repairs. If you purchased your wetsuit from Cleanline Surf and are experiencing a warranty issue within the one-year warranty period, please contact us at support@cleanlinesurf.com.
We will need the following information:
Order Number
Photos of the problem area
A written description of the issue
We will review your claim. If approved as a warranty issue, you may ship the wetsuit back to Cleanline Surf. Once received, we will either send a replacement (if available) or issue store credit for the value of the wetsuit.
Please note: The Billabong warranty process is subject to change.
Warranty Exclusions
The following circumstances are not covered under warranty:
Self-repair or alterations to the product
Warranty requests without proof of purchase
Wetsuits more than one year from the purchase date
Accessories more than three months from the purchase date
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Holiday Returns
For any orders placed after Nov 1st, 2025, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2026.
Returns are easy! We understand that in some situations returns may be necessary. We also want you to be stoked on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on used wetsuits. If you are unsure about your wetsuit fit or have any questions at all, please call us before using your wetsuit and we can offer guidance.
