Surftech Surfboard Return Policy

This product is shipped from Surftech and has its own return policy. (see below)

Due to the high costs associated with shipping surfboards, we strongly discourage returns. If you're uncertain about which board is right for you, our knowledgeable team is more than happy to assist you in making an informed decision. Please remember, ultimately, the choice and responsibility for the surfboard you select is yours.

At Surftech, they strive to ensure your satisfaction with their products. They understand that sometimes, returns may be necessary. Please review their return policy below for more information.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Within 30 days of delivery date
• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
• It should include any manufacturer tags (if applicable)
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase
• Items returned without prior approval or those received in a used condition that is not suitable for resale will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Surftech cannot stop an order once it has been shipped. Returns initiated during the transit period will not have the shipping refunded and will have to be shipped back at the customers expense.

Warehouse Pickup orders may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if canceled after 14 days of pickup notification.

Orders re-routed to a new address while in transit are subject to an additional shipping charge.

Excluded Return Items
Please note that the following items are excluded from the Surftech return policy:

• Any boards
• Sale, clearance, and closeout products
• Paddles

Initiating A Return

30-Day Return Policy

Surftech offers a 30-day return policy, providing you with a month to request a return from the date of delivery. If the delivery falls during a holiday period, they will extend the return window to 45 days.

To initiate a return, please contact info@surftech.com. In your email, provide them with your First and Last Name, order ID number, date of purchase, and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, please write the provided RA# (Return Authorization Number) on the box or return label. Please note that Surftech does not provide return labels. They cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. For added security, Surftech recommends shipping returns with insurance and tracking. If you have any questions about the return process, please don't hesitate to contact them at info@surftech.com.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and take steps to make it right.

Exchanges

Surftech offers a 30-day exchange policy from date of purchase for all orders, including boards.

Eligibility for Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, please keep the following in mind:

• For board and paddle exchanges, the new item must be the same model in a different size, or you may choose a similar-priced model
• The item you wish to exchange must be in the same condition as when you received it

To initiate a exchange, contact Surftech at info@surftech.com . In your email, provide them with your First and Last Name, order ID number, date of purchase, and the reason for the exchange.

Please note that they do not provide return labels for exchanges. The cost of shipping the item back to their warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if your exchange request is approved by the Surftech customer service team, you may drop off the item in person at their warehouse, and there will be no additional charge for this service.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
