If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care,
O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The
decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty
Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the
O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry,
postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product
defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code,
especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code,
customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.
Suits without a copy of the purchase receipt will NOT BE COVERED UNDER
WARRANTY.

These booties could benefit from a more durable sole. The bottoms wear out too fast.

my favorite!
ive been using these a long time. ive tried countless other brands too. even tho they're only 3 mm, they are very warm, and nearly leak proof! only down side is they wear out quick if you wear them walking in the sand because there is no rubber on the sole. then they get leaky... but the price is right, and they are very comfortable. i can always rely on these to keep me warm up here in washington state!

This is a super basic design. The stitching is nothing to get excited about and they may or may not last long. However, they slid right into my fins and I didn't even think about my feet once in 3 hour 50 degree water session. And really that's what I was looking for.
