O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The
decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty
Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the
O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry,
postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product
defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code,
especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code,
customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.
Suits without a copy of the purchase receipt will NOT BE COVERED UNDER

For any orders placed after Nov 1st, 2025, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2026.
Returns are easy! We understand that in some situations returns may be necessary. We also want you to be stoked on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.

At Cleanline Surf we specialize in sizing O'Neill Wetsuits. We do have size
charts available below, however if you have never tried on a O'Neill Wetsuit
before, we strongly urge you to call and speak with one of our O'Neill
Wetsuit experts. When it comes to O'Neill Wetsuits, getting the right size
is extremely important and a quick phone call will save you both time and
money by avoiding a return.
Can’t comment on how warm the suit is because the water temp here in Va. beach is forty degrees. I’ll write another review in late April on how the wetsuit performed. What I can review is their excellent customer service! I received emails at every stage of delivery. When my box arrived the wetsuit was folded perfectly! Also there was a thank you card, starburst candy, bar of wax and Claenline decals in the box! Obviously the team at Cleanline are knowledgeable and well trained. I talked to Josh about a year ago about updating the fins on my mid length. I surf mostly on the OBX and Josh was familiar with the area as he once lived in Rodanthe and knew all the breaks and agreed with me that a large pivot fin
Would perform better than a rake fin on waves on the Outer Banks. Bottom line is I have surf shops all around me here in Virginia and your customer service beats them all hands down!

Awesome fit,
As a shorter and rounder person, I was really struggling to find a wetsuit that would fit me. Queue "O'Neill Reactor II 3/2 Back Zip Wetsuit in 2xls". Hooray, what a day. Placed the order which shipped quickly and arrived ahead of schedule. The wetsuit fits and is comfortable running around the house. Price was better than anywhere else, and Cleanline Surf was the only place that had this specific size available (including checking with the mfg.). Looking forward to getting it in the water soon.
