O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The
decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty
Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the
O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry,
postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product
defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code,
especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code,
customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.

Holiday Returns
For any orders placed after Nov 1st, 2025, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2026.
Returns are easy! We understand that in some situations returns may be necessary. We also want you to be stoked on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.

getting the right size is extremely important and a quick phone call will

This suit is their best yet - super soft, stretchy, cozy, and comfortable for easy paddling. Fits perfectly and I can get in and out of it without help 😂. I’ve tried other brands, but keep coming back to O’Neill. My old O’Neill 4/3 lasted years and was a good friend through fall/spring surfing. Worth every penny!

These wetsuits don't last :(
This wetsuit is stretchy and so comfy, but it started falling apart way too soon. I expect a wetsuit to last more than one full season, and this one just doesn't - the seams are all dangling off and the neck is quite stretched out. After having the same experience with 3 O'Neill wetsuits over the last few years, I just can't buy from this brand anymore. Patagonia's wetsuits are more expensive, but friends who have them are getting 2-3 seasons out of them, so in the end, they're a better value.

Warm and Flexible
This is the warmest and most flexible wetsuit I have worn yet. I am able to stay toasty in Southern California winter ocean temps AND paddle for waves with much more ease than other 4/3 wetsuits. Will continue owning a Hyperfreak for this very reason.

Great Flexible Wetsuit
First of all I want to give a big shout out to Cleanline for their fantastic customer service. I called before I ordered to get help on sizing and the advice they gave me was spot on. The wetsuit fits great. It also arrived the very next day! The Hyperfreak wetsuit itself is more comfortable than other wetsuits I've tried since it has such soft and stretchy neoprene, and the mobility is better, too. I live on the Puget Sound and am planning to use the suit in the winter (and possibly summer since the water temperature only gets to be 53 degrees) for kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and rowing. Of course, when we're down on the coast we will be looking forward to using it to surf as well. Comfortable wetsuit! Highly recommend.
