O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The
decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty
Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the
O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry,
postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product
defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code,
especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code,
customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below.

For any orders placed after Nov 1st, 2025, we have extended our normal 30-day return policy to allow returns through January 31st, 2026.
Returns are easy! We understand that in some situations returns may be necessary. We also want you to be stoked on your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition with original tags and packaging.

charts available below, however if you have never tried on a O'Neill Wetsuit
before, we strongly urge you to call and speak with one of our O'Neill
Wetsuit experts. When it comes to O'Neill Wetsuits, getting the right size
is extremely important and a quick phone call will save you both time and
money by avoiding a return.
I have this suit a 5/4 hooded and a 4/3 hooded. Terrific all around (New Jersey). I had a question regarding sizing; got great advice over the phone; and now have a new, perfectly fitting suit. Cleanline comes through, again.

O'neil Hyper Freak 3/2 Full suit
Let me start with I haven't had a new wetsuit since 2000 and Im blown away by how light this suit is, Cleanlinesurf did there part with fast shipping and great products, came back a week later to purchase fins, they are my new go to for surf accessories store! Better pricing them my local surf shops that price items with a 200% mark up on items.

Excellent suit / Superb product knowledge and customer service
I own three other O'Neill TechnoButter suits of different thicknesses: 2mm, 4/3, 5/4. Each is warmer and more supple than my non-O'Neill suits of the same thicknesses. This is just an addition to the quiver in a 3/2. For size guessers out there, I am 5'11' 170lbs, broad shoulders/wear a 42 suit jacket and have a 32 waist. I'm well short of O'Neill's size parameters for Large Tall (they say Large) but LT are what I use because the extra length in the torso and arms seem needed for broad shoulders.
I cant say enough about the folks at Cleanline. It's apparent they use all the products and know by experience how they work when in use. And, they are pretty articulate and patient in sharing all that info with customers. Quality people and very happy to deal with them.

The suit arrived on time, unfortunately it did not fit my measurements. I called the store after opening hours and left a message to get back to me, after about 15 minutes Nate, a lovely guy with great patience, got back to me and explained to me how to return the suit quickly along with a monetary credit to my account and in addition he already sent me a link to order a new suit at the same price with the correct size For me, in short, amazing service above expectations, very happy that I made the purchase in this store.
