If you’ve been missing out on the hottest new tech surfboards on the market don’t worry! Now through July 30th Cleanline Surf has a fleet of Lib Tech Surfboards for demo! If you haven’t heard of the Lib Tech boards, then check them out. Made locally and environmentally friendly the Lib Tech Surfboard line is in its infancy yet making waves in the surf industry no doubt. These demos are at no charge and available to anyone with an ID and a Credit Card to put down a deposit. Check out the list below to see what we have. If you’re heading here from out of town, give us a call to see what isn’t already out for demo.
Mark the date on your calendar Oregonians! Get your hands on the new Lib Tech Waterboards two weeks from now. Demos are free, and all you will need to check out a board is a valid ID and credit card. There are going to be a lot of boards for demo so tell your friends, it’s gonna be a blast! For those of you that don’t know, these are revolutionary new surfboards, and deserve a test ride at the least. Not only are Waterboards environmentally friendly, they are Dang Difficult to Ding(2D2D), and I believe they also surf very well. Don’t take my word for it though, get out there and try one! See you all there!
We just added two Lib Tech Surfboards to our demo fleet this week and just in time for some good sized swell to test them out in. It is $25 per day to demo boards, but if you end up buying one we will put that money towards the board. Check out the boards listed below, and the surf report. Get some!
There’s an awesome interview over at ESPN.com about the new Lib Tech Surfboards. There is also some great video of our shop in Seaside the day the boards were delivered, along with some other local footage including surfing down at Shortsands.
On June 21, Lib Tech co-founder Mike Olson made the drive from Mervin Manufacturing to the Cleanline surfshop in Seaside, Ore., to personally deliver the first batch of Lib Tech Waterboards. It was a big day for Olson, for a couple of reasons. You see, he used to work at Cleanline, as their ding-repair dude back in the early 1980s. You could say that’s where he got his start.
We just received our first shipment of apparel for the new Lib Tech Surfboards line, also known as “Nudity Prevention Gear”. As with all Lib Tech products, this clothing line is environmentally friendly. All clothing is boasted as being made from 100% ecoMOTIONAL FABRICS! What does that mean though?
Well…straight from libtechwaterboarding.com it means…
The positive social energy generated when you make or wear products that are built in the most environmentally friendly, sustainable way that you can possibly afford. Lib Tech apparel, like all our shred items, was designed with feeling good and riding in comfort, no matter what the world throws at you, in mind.
