About The Job

We're looking for a experienced eCommerce marketer to head our marketing efforts at Cleanlinesurf.com. You will report to the eCommerce Manager and be a one person department with a wide set of responsibilities. You will need to work closely with other departments (development, web catalog, customer service, buying) to acheive goals. You will need to be able get your hands dirty and do the work necessary, as well as communicate with third party agencies to manage different aspects of marketing. You will help us create and execute an eCommerce marketing strategy that is well researched and aligns with our overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of eCommerce marketing experience, email, ppc, seo, etc...
  • Work in house at our Seaside, OR location
  • Stoke for surfing and the surf lifestyle
  • Extensive knowledge of surfing and the surf industry

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Allocate, manage, and optimize marketing budgets across various channels to achieve maximum ROI.
  • SEO Optimization: Oversee search engine optimization efforts to improve website visibility, including keyword research, link-building, and on-page optimization.
  • SEM Campaigns: Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase repeat purchases, and inform customers of promotions or new products.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports.
  • Promotions and Offers: Work with Buyers to plan and manage special promotions, flash sales, and seasonal offers to drive sales and revenue.
  • Customer Retention: Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and minimize churn.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Customer Feedback: Solicit and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing initiatives.
