Haydenshapes Surfboards Haydenshapes Untitled FutureFlex Surfboard
Tackle average days equipped with the Haydenshapes Untitled Surfboard for explosive speed and performance in under chest high conditions. With a slightly fuller plan shape, this winged swallow tail shortboard has a flatter deck through the center of the board, which puts more volume under the chest and between the feet providing amazing wave catching ability, and added stability when up and riding.
The extra deep single concave in the Untitled creates minimal resistance, increases lift in weaker conditions, and also allows the board to track on the central rail when drawing a longer line in bigger conditions. The winged swallow tail breaks this deep concave creating a defined pivotal turning point in the tail shape. The entry rocker is nice and flat to allow the board to generate speed and get into waves early. The moderate amount of curve through the middle transitions into high tail rocker, which translates to speed and sensitivity off the tail you wouldn’t normally find in substandard conditions, and the confidence to turn in a reactive, tight arc. Designed to harness speed through turns and cruise speedily between sections, the Untitled is a go-to performance board that'll serve your everyday needs.

Designed and patented by Haydenshapes founder Hayden Cox, FutureFlex is an affluent mix of modern custom designed materials and modern design innovation for high-performance surfing. The construction combines a stringer-less, high-density custom shaped EPS core laminated with biaxial fiberglass, epoxy resin and a parabolic carbon fiber frame. The carbon fiber frame within the laminate is the key to the performance vitality of the overall product. Designed to maximize speed and drive while minimizing twist, FutureFlex essentially stores and releases energy as the surfer transitions through a turn. Tom Carroll, who was the very first person, after Hayden, to test drive the first ever FutureFlex, describes the tech as “the Ferrari of surfboards” for it’s fast-twitch nature and lively response. The FutureFlex construction creates a fast, dynamic and highly responsive surfboard that’s been design engineered for performance surfing ranging from the intermediate to advanced level.
