There’s an awesome interview over at ESPN.com about the new Lib Tech Surfboards. There is also some great video of our shop in Seaside the day the boards were delivered, along with some other local footage including surfing down at Shortsands.

On June 21, Lib Tech co-founder Mike Olson made the drive from Mervin Manufacturing to the Cleanline surfshop in Seaside, Ore., to personally deliver the first batch of Lib Tech Waterboards. It was a big day for Olson, for a couple of reasons. You see, he used to work at Cleanline, as their ding-repair dude back in the early 1980s. You could say that’s where he got his start.
