Shipping & Returns
- Shipping on non-oversized orders $75.00 or over is free of charge to customers within the Continental U.S.
- Free shipping will be either FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (at the discretion of Cleanline Surf).
- Any express shipping will be calculated at checkout and paid in full by the customer.
- Shipments are only delivered on business days, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

- Some oversized items will not be included in our free shipping policy. See Oversize Items section for details.
- Processing Time. Please allow one business day from time of placing your order for processing.
- Expedited Orders. If placed on a business day by 2:00PM PST expedited orders will ship the same day. If placed on a weekend or holiday, or after 2:00PM PST an expedited order will ship the next business day. Expedited shipping methods include, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Next Day.
- USPS Priority Mail. We do not consider USPS Prioirty Mail an expedited shipping method and if you select this method it will ship within 1 - 2 business days.
- Surfboards & Oversized Items. Please note that surfboards can take 1 to 3 business days to ship.
- Tracking. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Cleanline Surf and a separate email from UPS with your tracking number within 24 hours.
- Out of Stock Items. Although we do our best to stock all items shown on our site, occasionally we do run out. In this case, you will be notified within 1-2 business days of placing your order. In most cases we can have the item to you in an additional 7-10 business days.
Please note that surfboards can take 1 to 3 business days to ship. For all other orders we will e-mail your tracking number to you within 1 business day of your order being placed(often much sooner). If you do not receive this tracking number then please check your e-mail spam folder, then if it is not there click here to check your order status.
- Estimated delivery time is 10 business days although we cannot account for time spent in customs for your country. Cleanline Surf will not be responsible for duties, taxes or fees upon entry
- Customs Brokers Fees to Canada are typically charged by the Canadian government and/or the Courier Service and must be paid by you once the package arrives. Cleanline Surf cannot determine what these fees will be. We recommend that you check with your local customs office or post office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied. These fees are not included in our shipping and handling rates. Delays at customs, while rare, can add up to two weeks to delivery time. For more information on Brokerage Fees click here.
The following brands are for domestic sales only and are subject to manufacturer international shipping restrictions. To order these items you must provide us with a USA shipping address.

Return & Exchange Policy
- Customer service is our number one goal. We are always here to assist in your buying purchases but understand the need to return or exchange items purchased online. If you are not completely satisfied with your products, you may return or exchange any purchase within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in new/unused condition, in original packaging with the original tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The manufacters original packaging that comes with your item and all accessories that may be part of the item must also be returned undamaged. This means if your item comes in a box (for instance a shoe box) you will need to ship it inside another box to keep it in new condition. Items not returned in new condition could be ineligible for return or subject to a restocking fee. Cleanline Surf does not refund any shipping costs on returns unless the return was due to an error on our part.
- Please inspect all items upon arrival for errors or defects and contact us immediately if there is any loss or damage.
- If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will reimburse your shipping costs to return your items.. (This is actual FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS Priority freight and will not include any packaging, preparing, or mailroom costs.) We will not reimburse for any Expedited Shipping: (i.e.; Overnight, 2nd Day or Air Shipping etc.).
- Please allow approximately 3 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived.
Special Order Return Policy
- Returns for refund on special orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
