The heating elements are 'free flying' carbon fiber coils, configured to allow maximum levels of stretch to the back panel where they are placed.

The battery packs are positioned on the lower back, where body torque is least required. Their positioning will have the least impact on your surfing experience.

When your body is faced with extreme cold conditions it automatically acts to protect your core and your internal organs, by restricting blood flow to those areas farthest from your heart. That's why your hands and feet go numb when surfing in cold conditions.

The H-Bomb elements placed along your spine warm your core and therefore allows your body to keep pumping blood to your extremities as per normal - keeping you warmer and surfing for longer.

Battery testing conducted include those for impact, vibration, thermal short circuit, overcharge and waterproofing. All test results complied with appropriate accredited safety standards. The batteries and electronics have been engineered so it is almost impossible for the wearer to receive any form of an electric shock. In the unlikely event of such an occurrence, a 7.4 volt battery cannot deliver a charge that would present any danger to a healthy person.
