It takes the best aspects of our incredible Z.E.N. Zip closure found in our Psycho wetsuits and uses this same technology in a front-zip entry. It’s been tested by O’Neill’s top team riders in the most frigid waters across the globe, and all reports point to yet another insane, ground-breaking addition to the Psycho Family.

RG8: O’Neill’s Neoprene Re•Generate Project O’Neill is proud to announce that years of neoprene recycling research are paying off. By working with our own factories and a handful of outside partners, O’Neill has finally found a home for thousands of pounds of scrap neoprene and old wetsuits returned to our own warehouse and donated from around the world. On average, 30%- 40% of the neoprene used to build a wetsuit never makes it out of the factory, resulting in needless waste. O’Neill and our global partners have found a way to refine this scrap neoprene and re-introduce it into other materials which can then be used to make a variety of components and products normally built using first generation neoprene. O’Neill is excited to be at the forefront of this new program and its efforts to reduce, re-use and recycle the products that keep you in the water longer.

Body: 100% UltraFlex RG 8 – O’Neill’s exclusive new neoprene offers the same flexibility and warmth of our UltraFlex DS material in a more environmentally friendly option. Using Limestone-based neoprene and recycled plastics on the inner and outer layers, the RG 8 neoprene promises to take the Psycho Series to the next level for years to come.

O'Neill's EXCLUSIVE environmentally friendly UltraFlex RG8 Neoprene. For Fall 2011 we have redesigned the F.U.Z.E Closure System to make it even easier to get in and out of. We have also included RG8-Air Firewall to the chest, Super Seal cuffs, Single Fluid Seam Weld, Double Super Seal Neck, and Krypto Knee Padz. To top off this list of upgrades, the RG8 is available with a built-in hood.

----GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION AND POLICY----

If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care, O'Neill will repair or replace the product at our sole discretion. The decision to replace or repair a product is made by the O'Neill Warranty Department after receipt of the defective product. At no time does the O'Neill offer refunds. Defective product should be returned clean and dry, postage prepaid. Please include a note with product description, product defects, requested action, return address (be sure to include postal code, especially for Canadian addresses), daytime phone number with area code, customers name and a copy of the purchase receipt sent to the address below. Suits without a copy of the purchase receipt will NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
