Why didn't my order qualify for free shipping?

If your order did not qualify for free shipping it may be because...
1.  Your order total was under $75
2.  You are shipping somewhere outside of the Continental US.
3.  You have ordered one of our OVERSIZED items that is too large to qualify for our free shipping offer.
