The SUMMER SERIES is full of boards built to bring you some love in the worst of conditions. Its range is scaled to have you covered from 0-1 foot onshore to a little 2-3 arvo glass off, all offering great performance, speed, forgiveness and a hell of a good time. It's a range JS has been working on for a while and although the boards in it could be called "fun boards" JS takes them quite seriously. A mile of testing and effort went in to make Summer Series the very best for 2014, cause like everyone else; we get our share of average conditions.
There's nothing else like it. JS Industries introduces the SHOW PONY, a progression on the original Pier Pony that will take you to a new level of small wave good times. Its volume has been re-distributed, leaving a thinner feeling tail and even better paddle speed under chest. The crisp little diamond tail has been added giving an added inch of drive and extra squirt. SHOW PONY is JS industries most dedicated summer fun board designed to let you enjoy even the poorest conditions.
RAIL TYPE - SHOW PONY has a safe and forgiving medium rail type.
WAVE HEIGHT - Best performance of SHOW PONY will be found in waves with an almond curl to sloped faces between 0 and 3 feet. It's fast, maneuverable and very rippable for a summer board, you'll like it most in average conditions when most hi performance boards are struggling. Small beach breaks are ideal.
FIN TYPE - SHOW PONY come as a five plug for Quad or Thruster configuration to accommodate a large range of wave types.
GLASSING - Up to 5'7 = 4 deck, 4 bottom / 5'10 & up = 4x4 deck, 4 bottom (All sizes incl. XCF carbon toe patches).
FLAT ENTRY ROCKER - A Flat entry rocker maximizes speed and glide and reduces push in small to average conditions. Good for paddling speed also.
FLAT EXIT ROCKER - Flat (smallest) exit rocker will create drive and speed in small weak conditions.
CONCAVE - A specifically designed, narrow concave for the wider board. Still involving a single concave starting in the nose to direct water under your feet for lift and speed. Double concave starts in front of fins which maintains lift and directs water release for maneuverability.
