TIMBER TEK CONSTRUCTION
TimberTek represents a significant step forward towards the holy grail of any product designed and manufactured in today's environmentally conscious world. While by no means sustainably built, Firewire's TIMBERTEK has by far one of the least toxic and smallest carbon footprints of any commercially available surfboard today. The combination of a lightweight EPS core, sustainably-grown wood deck skins, Firewire's proprietary parabolic rail construction, and an Entropy bio-resin hot coat yield an extremely lightweight, durable surfboard with ALL of the high performance flex characteristics of Firewire's existing technologies.
- Firewire Surfboards Creeper TimberTek Deeper Earlier GroovierReview by Everglade Everglade
RatingTry wait Bra, itz da paka Creepa lolo. Tripled my wave count and sent suckers home. Rails are decent, carves big lines like it had a soul of its own, maybe Machados. Take offs in the throw zone were slightly less critical with the creep on, it gave me a half a paddle advance and snapped up the face (whabam) Im still figuring out the nuances of her though. ive never had such a groovy board before, the reality is it took me three days to pseudo dial it in, on the fourth i fell in love.(Posted on 4/9/2016) 2016-04-09
