When Will My Order Ship?

Orders usually ship the same, or next business day. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your order ships.


Do you actually have all of these items in stock?

Yes! We have live inventory on nearly every product we sell online. In almost every case, if you can add an item to your cart then we have it in stock. To broaden our selection we do offer a small selection of products that are available for drop ship. These items are in stock 95% of the time, but in rare occasions they may not be available right away.

    • How can I estimate shipping time?

      Please view our UPS Ground Map for estimated shipping time. If you select USPS your order will generally take the same amount of time in transit. If you want to make sure you get your order by a certain date please contact us.


      How Can I Track My Package?

      The easiest way to track your order by clicking here. Also, once your order is shipped you will recieve an e-mail from the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). These e-mails will occasionally find their way into your spam folder so please check your spam! You can also call us toll free at (888)-546-6176 or for international callers (503)-738-2061, or use our Contact Us page and we will get back to you via e-mail.


      I have my tracking number, but how do I use it?

      If you have a tracking number please see below to find out what shipping method your order was shipped with, then visit the shipping services website to track your package.

      • Tracking #'s Starting with "1Z" - UPS.com
      • Tracking #'s Starting with "4" and with no spaces - Fedex.com
      • Tracking #'s Seperated in groups of 4 numbers by a space - USPS.com

      Can I change my order once it has been submitted?

      Yes, you may change your order once it has been submitted. Please call or e-mail us right away to make any changes as we process orders quickly. Once your order has shipped we will not be able to make changes to the items in the order, however, we may be able to make address corrections.


      How can I return my order?

      Returns are easy! Just fill out our Returns Form, and ship your order back to us in new/unused condition.


      When should I see my refund?

      Once we receive your returned order it usually takes us 1-3 business days to process your refund.


      How can I exchange my order?

      Exchanges are easy! Just fill our or Exchange Form, and ship your order back to us in new/unused condition.

      What size wetsuit do I need?

      At Cleanline Surf we specialize in wetsuit fitting. We strongly urge you to Contact Us for fitting advice if you have never tried on the brand of wetsuit you are buying or are unsure about what size you may need. We do have Size Charts available, but please take these with a grain of salt. For the perfect fit the first time, please call and speak with one of our wetsuit experts.


      Why didn't my order qualify for free shipping?

      If your order did not qualify for free shipping it may be because...

      • 1. Your order total was under $75
      • 2. You are shipping somewhere outside of the Continental US.
      • 3. You have ordered one of our OVERSIZED items that is too large to qualify for our free shipping offer.
